Rhode Island Latino Arts and Nuestras Raíces have commissioned an original monologue written and directed by Marcel Mascaró and starring Magnolia Pérez as Doña Fefa.

The monologue is based on Josefina “Doña Fefa” Rosario’s story, as told to Marta V. Martínez, Creator and Project Director of Nuestras Raíces: Latino Oral Histories of Rhode Island.

If you would like to host this performance, contact us here. A $75 artists stipend is requested from hosting organizations in Rhode Island. Our fee varies if we travel outside of Rhode Island. Please inquire about a school or library rate.
